Car Sales Austria: 2012

Car sales in Austria were only down 6%. VW has been number one for so many years and Opel was always #2. VW remained on the top but Opel took a big hit in sales and slumped to 6th. Hyundai and Kia keep making inroads, while Fiat slips back. Nissan keeps chipping away at the leader board and is amazingly the highest placed Japanese brand at 15th.

The first three columns show 2010 to 2012 ranking, the second column in from the right is increase or decrease, and the extreme right shows market share for the major brands.
