Jaguar Sales By Model Worldwide : 2013

The XJ selling strongly

Sales for Jaguar rose 42% in 2013. When this sort of increase occurs, you think the new model was the reason. Not so here. Both the XF and XJ also enjoyed strong growth. In fact the new F-Type didn't make that much difference being a smaller volume model and not having a full year.

As for regions, the big mover was Asia/Pacific, up over 100%. North America grew 44%, yet only retained its share of 24%. Europe's 'paltry' 16% growth meant its share of Jaguar sales fell from 45 to 36%.

Summary: What a year for the marque! Jaguar needs to grow from a small to medium volume car maker. This was the first step toward that and new models will ensure that will continue. Everyone involved in Jaguar is doing their job well. The results speak for themselves.
